Coach 21 is a blackjack training app for entertainment and educational purposes only. No real money is involved. This policy explains what data the app does and does not collect.
Coach 21 does not require an account and does not collect personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, or location, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. There is no advertising in Coach 21, and we do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your training progress, session history, statistics, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to us, and it is removed if you delete the app.
To understand how Coach 21 is used and where to improve it, the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google. This measures anonymous, aggregate usage only — for example, which screens are opened and coarse in-app events such as completing a training session, finishing a counting drill, leaving a table, or starting a purchase. It never includes your name, email, or precise location, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
This data is tied only to a random, anonymous identifier generated for your install of the app — not to you as a person. It is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Firebase privacy and security documentation and Google's privacy policy.
We do not collect any analytics from users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. On devices in those regions, analytics collection is turned off entirely.
Coach 21 is strictly a training and simulation app. All chips, bankrolls, and wagers are virtual and have no monetary value. The app does not facilitate real-money gambling of any kind and offers nothing to wager or win.
Coach 21 is free to use, with an optional one-time Coach 21 Pro purchase that unlocks advanced features. A free, time-limited Full Access Pass is also available and requires no purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to verify purchase status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier — no personal information — solely to confirm whether a purchase has been made and to restore it across your devices. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
If the app crashes, your device may send anonymized crash diagnostics to Apple or Google, depending on your device-level settings. On iOS you can manage this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements; on Android, under Settings → Google → Usage & diagnostics. We do not run a crash-reporting service of our own; the only usage data we collect is the anonymous analytics described above.
Coach 21 is intended for users aged 17 and older, in accordance with app store guidelines for apps that simulate gambling. The app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
